Jon Varsano has been an small business owner since he was teenager growing up in the San Fernando Valley.  He is a graduate of UC Santa Barbara and an experienced entrepreneur specializing in the real estate industry. Jon has been a licensed Real Estate Broker for over a decade with extensive experience in managing a modest portfolio of commercial properties. Mr. Varsano has been designing and developing websites since 1999. As owner of Web Retool, he manages a team of designers, developers, graphic artists, and IT specialists providing a customized web presence for real estate professionals.

Kelly Graziano has an extensive background in advertising and adminstrative services with excellent organizational, interpersonal, and creative skills. Kelly has completed studies of Web Design and Graphic Arts at Santa Monica City College and U.C.L.A. Extension. She provides the finest customer service and attractive web designs for select clients within the real estate industry.

Kelly Morr is a web designer and writer with a degree in film and television studies from Dartmouth College. She taught herself graphic design, html, and css to create the posters and website for her college improv group; her designs were later selected as the university's best advertising campaign of 2004. Kelly is Web Retool's resident CSS expert. When not turning beautiful designs into even more beautiful code, Kelly is working on her Master's degree in fiction and screenwriting at USC, figure skating, or taking care of her cat, Turtle.
